Where is Hotel Stavros?
At Pavlou Kountourioti 41, 57019 Peraia, a seaside town on the Thermaic Gulf, about 25 km south-east of Thessaloniki city centre and 11 km from Thessaloniki Airport.
How far is the hotel from Thessaloniki Airport (SKG)?
About 11 km, roughly 15 minutes by car or taxi. That makes us a handy choice the night before an early flight.
How do I get to Thessaloniki city centre?
The centre is about 25 km away, around 30 minutes by car or taxi depending on traffic. City buses (OASTH) also link Peraia with the centre; see oasth.gr for current routes and times.
Is the hotel near the beach?
Yes, Peraia’s beach and seafront promenade are a short walk from the hotel.
What rooms does Hotel Stavros have?
We have 10 rooms. Eight look over the Thermaic Gulf from a private balcony: sea-view doubles (22 m², up to 2 guests) and sea-view triples (26 m², up to 3 guests). Two quiet rooms at the back of the building (18 m², up to 2 guests) are ideal before an early flight.
What facilities do the rooms have?
Every room has air conditioning, free Wi‑Fi, a TV and a fridge. The sea-view rooms also have a private balcony and a safe.
Can a family of three stay in one room?
Yes. Our sea-view triples (26 m²) sleep up to three, with an extra bed or a cot on request.
Is breakfast included?
We don’t serve breakfast, but there are cafés and bakeries a short walk away on Peraia’s seafront.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00. If you’d like to arrive earlier or leave later, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best.
Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes, there’s free parking in the streets around the hotel.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, we can’t accept pets.
Is the hotel open all year?
Yes, we’re open all year round, including winter.

Why can’t I see prices on the website?
Prices depend on your dates, the length of your stay and the room, so we send you our best price personally once you tell us your dates. Booking directly means you deal with the family who runs the hotel, with no middleman.

Hotel Stavros is a small family-run hotel in Peraia. When you book with us, you deal directly with the family.
What is there to do near the hotel?
Swim and stroll along Peraia’s seafront, watch the flamingos that often gather at Angelochori lagoon and its lighthouse (about 10 minutes by car), or head to Epanomi beach (20 minutes) and the beaches of Halkidiki (about an hour). Thessaloniki’s sights, such as the White Tower and the Rotunda, are about 30 minutes away. Our Explore page has more ideas.
Can I visit Mount Olympus or Vergina from the hotel?
Yes, both make easy day trips by car: the royal tombs of Aigai at Vergina are about 75 minutes away, and Mount Olympus about 80 minutes.
